The POWER-PAC Stepping Out of Poverty has been working with partners to oppose utility rate hikes that leave families with massive amounts of debt to the utility companies. Unfortunately, besides Commissioner Miguel del Valle, other members of the Illinois Commerce Commission did not see it this way.
