Phase 1: Self, Family & Team + Team Building is for people who plan to incorporate The COFI Way, a family-focused parent leadership and organizing model, in their own community groups, schools, and agencies. This training teaches how to recruit parents, use COFI’s training curriculum for leadership development, and in-depth exploration of the first year of COFI’s three-year organizing process with hands-on practice.

In-person: October 15-18, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day. Training includes light breakfast, lunch, and a manual.

The registration and fee payment deadline is October 4, 2024.

Please note: Registration is non-refundable. We can transfer the registration to another person or credit your registration towards a future training.
