Phase 1: Self, Family & Team + Team Building is for people who plan to incorporate The COFI Way, a family-focused parent leadership and organizing model, in their own community groups, schools, and agencies. This training teaches how to recruit parents, how to use COFI’s training curriculum for leadership development, in-depth exploration of the first year of COFI’s three-year organizing process with hands-on practice.

This virtual training is scheduled for 10 am-1 pm CST every Wednesday starting on January 10, 2024 through February 14, 2024. Training materials will be mailed to you.

The registration and fee payment deadline is December 13, 2023.
