The federal cuts to Medicaid and the implementation of work requirements will result in people losing their healthcare coverage. That\u2019s why COFI and POWER-PAC IL leaders are urging Illinois legislators to support the Protect Our Care Illinois policy principles and progressive revenue options to fund healthcare.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>&#8220;I\u2019m calling on all elected leaders to do everything in their power to prioritize healthcare and build a thriving Medicaid program for current and future generations. We need to raise revenue to create a system where people won\u2019t lose their healthcare.
