Aprender\u00e1 el proceso de cinco pasos de COFI para el cambio de pol\u00edticas y sistemas, los valores que sustentan este trabajo, los primeros pasos para construir una organizaci\u00f3n de padres con poder y c\u00f3mo implementar el programa avanzado de liderazgo para padres, incluyendo qu\u00e9 es el cambio de pol\u00edticas y la teor\u00eda de COFI sobre el cambio de pol\u00edticas, el trabajo intercultural, la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y otros temas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>Esta capacitaci\u00f3n ense\u00f1a c\u00f3mo apoyar a los padres mientras construyen relaciones s\u00f3lidas y llenas de confianza en diversas comunidades y con aliados profesionales. <em>Fase 3<\/em> La formaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo crear una s\u00f3lida organizaci\u00f3n intercultural de padres que trabajen juntos para generar cambios en las pol\u00edticas y los sistemas.<\/p>\r\n<p>En el <em>Fase 3: Cambio de pol\u00edticas y sistemas<\/em> En una sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n de formadores\/formaci\u00f3n de organizadores aprender\u00e1:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>C\u00f3mo COFI construy\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n POWER-PAC IL, reuniendo equipos de padres de toda la ciudad y el estado<\/li>\r\n<li>C\u00f3mo planificar y lanzar su primera campa\u00f1a con diversos equipos de padres<\/li>\r\n<li>Creando una estructura organizacional<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el cambio de pol\u00edticas y sistemas y la teor\u00eda del cambio de pol\u00edticas de COFI?<\/li>\r\n<li>Sesiones para desarrollar habilidades sobre la elecci\u00f3n de un tema, el trabajo intercultural, la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y la negociaci\u00f3n con los responsables pol\u00edticos.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>El c\u00f3digo de inscripci\u00f3n para la capacitaci\u00f3n es $925.
