This 4-day session (which includes the 2-day orientation) is for people who plan to incorporate the El estilo COFI of Family Focused Organizing model, or parts of it, in their own community groups, schools and agencies. This training teaches how to recruit parents, how to use COFI’s training curriculum for leadership development, in-depth exploration of the first year of COFI’s three-year organizing process and hands-on practice.
